Lemon Law ruling squeezes buyers

EastValleyTribune.com, 11/02/04 If you leased a lemon, hang onto it or your lemon law rights could be in jeopardy. An Arizona Court of Appeals blocked efforts by a Mesa couple to sue DaimlerChrysler Corp. over problems they were having with the Dodge Ram truck they leased from a Globe dealership. The couple was represented by Arizona managing attorney Marshall Meyers.
