Lemon Law or Warranty Rights

These may fall under the state lemon law or the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Rights Act. In most cases, there must either be repeated attempts to repair or fix the suspected “lemon” and those have failed, or the vehicle or product has been out of service for a specific number of days.
