Lemon Law or Warranty Rights

if the purchase price is over $25. These may fall under the state lemon law or the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Rights Act. In most cases, there must
either be repeated attempts to repair or fix the suspected “lemon” and those have failed, or the vehicle or product has been out of service
for a specific number of days.
Fraud
Unfortunately, you may have been the victim of an unscrupulous car dealer and think you’ve been ripped off or scammed during the purchase of

have successfully handled include issues involving odometer fraud, negative equity or trade in overestimation, rewritten contracts and backdating.

Class Action Lawsuits
If your vehicle has problems that are shared by many other owners of the same type of vehicle, you could be part of class action lawsuit. By banding
together with others in the same situation, the manufacturer is forced to acknowledge the issue and deal with all the members of the class. If you do
know of others who are having the exact same problem, we might be aware of a class action already in progress or could investigate further.
